Cadco’s latest heavy-duty digital convection ovens are now
delivering (on average) a 20% quicker performance. The Bakerlux™ has recently
been redesigned. So, what this comes down to is: they took a really good oven
series and made it even better than the previous models. The Bakerlux™ heavy
duty digital ovens are the fastest baking ovens Cadco currently offers to the
commercial Bakerlux™food industry. They are designed give a robust performance
yet still stay only as a countertop unit!
Choose the right model for what you are baking
The Bakerlux™ is available in both a half and full size, no humidity
or with humidity. The doors are now thicker and come in a drop down door or a
right side swing door, pick the one that fits your counter-space footprint
best. This line features touch control, LED lighting, cool touch double wall
glass doors and more.
An extra-large motor is what powers it all. An advanced
airflow design and an automatically reversing fan deliver a consistent even
bake. Built for every baking application, from delicate pastries to lasagna, it
is easy to operate via the digital panel. Plus, Bakerlux™ has USB
programmability. All models have 99 programs and many also offer a dozen ‘quick
access’ mode. Need more baking ability? These models are stackable. Just add in
the stacking kit. (Shown below: XAKHT-HCFS Hood, two XAFT-4FS-TD ovens, one

Bakerlux Cadco OvenVentless hood now available for LED and
touch oven models
Cadco offers a ventless hood vapor capture system for these
ovens. (half or full size width) Ventless hoods are compatible with Touch and
LED models only, and offer an ideal solution for installing a Bakerlux™ oven
anywhere in your kitchen. This vapor capture and condensing system removes odor
and grease filled vapors expelled by the exhaust and those that happen when the
oven door is opened. It does not require outside venting. One note: The use of
the Ventless Hood in replacement of a Type-1 hood is subject to verification
and approval of your local authority and regulations.
