Alfa International VS-12 Slicer Attachment for #12 Hub
The Alfa VS-12 vegetable slicer for #12 hub size comes as a complete assembly. The assembly includes a 9/16" square hub and a VS-12KDS adjustable knife assembly. The knife assembly offers an adjustable knob for easy calibration and cleaning. Also as an added feature, the VS-12 vegetable slicer attachment is designed for easy disassembly and equipped with a door hopper "safety latch".
