The Berkel MB3-8STD Countertop Bread Slicer, with a slice thickness of 3/8 inch, can handle soft and hard crusted loaves up to 15.5" in length. This slicer is great for the commercial bakery, deli, restaurant and any food service operation with the need to easily and consistently slice bread. Replaceable alloy carbon steel blades, stainless steel bagging trough and an easy access removable scrap pan are just a few of the MB3-8STD features. The 1-speed, 1/3 HP motor, will slice a loaf in approximately 8 seconds. Loaves can also be placed in the upright position. Furnished in 115-60-1, 6.2 amp. with a 6 foot cord and plug. ETL and NSF.
