The Berkel X13-PLUS slicer is their next generation into professional slicers. The Berkel X13-PLUS uses the latest technology in motion, geometry, energy and hygenics giving the operator exactly what they need. A sanitary one piece engineered polymer base and product table reduces seams and joints while providing and FDA approved surface for easy effective cleaning. A kick stand on the Berkel X13-PLUS supports the slicer so the operator can easily clean under the slicer. The 1/2 hp motor along with a self tensioning belt can deliver reliable performance and high torque for the toughest jobs. Precise thicknesses are achieved on the X13-PLUS with a variable pitch barrel cam to get wafer thin slicers.
