custom flavored sausage. These commercial heavy-duty choppers will grind beef,
pork and venison with ease…all without taking away the meat’s flavor or its natural
color. The CM12 can handle 250 lbs per hour and the CM22 will offer 450 lbs an
hour.
GPS10 Portion Control Scale – This easy to use, compact, portion scale has
the bonus of running on batteries or AC. This way it is very portable in your
workspaces, and can be used where perhaps a plug is not convenient. The GPS10
has a removable stainless steel platter with marine edges making it easy to
clean. It can weigh in your choice or measurements, including grams, visible
via a large LED display panel. Correct measures means a consistent product and
less food waste.
PP4 or PP5 Patty Press – The Globe PP4 hamburger patty press
is what every burger place has been waiting for! This machine will produce a
4″ burger using a quarter pound measure of product in no time! In
addition, there is a wax paper holder integrated into the machine, so
everything you need is within easy reach. The PP4 is constructed of anodized
aluminum with stainless bowls and press plate. It comes standard with 500 waxed
paper dividers to get you started on making burgers more efficiently. With an optional
conversion kit, you can go from the 4″ patty to a 5″ patty to expand
your menu as well! The PP5 produces a larger burger using an 8 ounce weigh of
product.
GG60TG 60″ Thermostatic Control Countertop Griddle –
Cook plenty of burgers in the 60″ X 20″ cooking area of this griddle.
The Globe GG60TG 60 inch countertop griddle is ideal for the high volume
commercial kitchen, offering five feet of griddle space allowing 5 zones of
different temps. It features a 1″ thick griddle plate heated by 5 ‘U’ shaped
burners with flame every 6 inches. This gas griddle has a thermostatic heating
control meaning you can set an exact temperature. Each control on the GG60TG
allows for multiple temperatures to cook different foods at different
temperatures on the griddle, 200 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit. Constructed of
stainless steel, this unit has extra-insulated front and side walls, and a cool
to touch front edge. The GG60TG griddle ships in natural gas, but also comes
with a kit to be field converted to propane if need be. This is an ideal
griddle for use in coffee shops, cafe’s, concession stands, and restaurants.
