Cadco CPG-10F Single Glass-Ceramic Panini Grill - Smooth Top
The Cadco CPG-10F glass-ceramic cooking surface of this panini grill can heat to 700 degrees while the exterior is only 95 degrees. The cover stays parallel to the cooking surface even while grilling a sandwich 2 3/4" high. Both the top and bottom plate are flat cooking surfaces.
