Cadco VK-120 VariKwik Fast Cooking Oven
When you need to please plenty of customers with hot cooked menu items, you need the Cadco VK-120 VariKwik heavy duty fast cooking oven. It uses Tri-Heat technology to prepare foods quickly, without compromising flavor! The VK-120 is digital programmable with a touch screen system that can save multiple programs, making it easy to use by your staff. Made for the commercial food industry, its cooking area is 14" x 10" and can fit a 10" pizza with ease. The VariKwik comes with a cooking plate to cook a variety of menu items. Heat settings are up to 500 degrees. The screen of the VariKwik will flash and create an audible beep to alert the user of the end of the cooking cycle. The VK-120 is a counter-top unit. Need more cooking space? The Cadco VK-1200 can be stacked using the VK-SK kit (extra oven and kit sold separately).
