The Cadco XAF-183 full size convection oven will accommodate up to 3 full size sheet pans. The cooking capacity of this oven is 3 cubic feet. The 120 minute timer gives ample time to cook anything from baked goods to chicken. The double wall glass door is allows the outer pane to remain cool while the oven is on. Heat settings on this unit go from 175 up to 500 degrees.
