Cadco XAFT-04HS-TR Bakerlux TOUCH Half Size Convection Oven w/ Side Opening & Humidity

The Cadco XAFT-04HS-TR Bakerlux™ is one of the fastest baking ovens Cadco has to offer, and still within a counter-top unit. An advanced airflow design and auto reversing fans result in even baking.

The doors are now thicker – this model has a side opening door. The door auto locks at the start of the cooking cycle and reopens at the finish, different from the other TOUCH models.

Built for every baking application, from delicate pastries to baking entrees, it is easy to operate via the digital panel. Bakerlux™ has USB programmability. All models have 99 programs and this unit offers a dozen ‘quick access’ mode.

Need more than one? These models are stackable. Just add in an optional stacking kit.  (XWKQT-00HS-E sold seprately).

The XAFT-04HS-TR is easy to use, users are alerted to the end of a baking cycle by flashing lights and audible beeps. It handles HALF sized pans, not included. This model has humidity and can also run an optional proofer. (Proofer sold separately Item XAKPT-08HS-C).
