Cadco XAKPT-08HS-C Half Size Oven Proofer for Bakerlux LED & TOUCH Oven Models only
Expand the versatility of your Cadco oven with the Cadco XAKPT-08HS-C oven proofer. Made exclusively for use with the half size Bakerlux LED & TOUCH oven models only. It is an ideal piece of equipment for a dependable, efficient proofing/ baking set up. The XAKPT-08HS-C will hold eight full size sheet pans with heat settings of 90F to 122F. Pans are not included. Both the oven and proofer are controlled by the oven control panel. Note: the XAKPT-08HS-C proofer requires a separate power outlet from the oven and water hook up in order to supply the humidity. 208-240v/60/1-ph, 1300 watts, 5.5 amps, NEMA 6-15P, NSF, cMETus (not designed for stand-alone use) Please note: oven sold separately.
