The Cal-Mil 810 Cut-Mate Carving Station will enhance any buffet line. The cutting board has a channel to catch drips and a slot to hide scraps. Has a clamp for a heat lamp. Generously sized at 18" x 22" and mounted in an attractive base. The unit is easily disassembled for cleaning and storage. Heat lamp not included.
