Cambro CC32148 CamCrisper can be used as a self contained system for storing, washing and transporting bulk produce. Prevents cross contamination and minimizes unnecessary handling. First, transfer produce out of cartons into clean bin, cover and roll into cooler for safe storage. When ready to prep, roll bin out, wash and rinse produce in CamCrisper, never placing produce onto contaminated drain counters next to sink drains. Roll clean produce into kitchen to prep. One piece, polyethylene bin won't rust, or transfer odors. Clear polycarbonate cover is virtually unbreakable. Threaded faucet quickly drains liquids. NSF listed.
