The Cambro UPCHT800 H-Series double compartment Ultra Pan Carrier Camcart enables HACCP compliance by maintaining safe, hot food temperatures. Only one compartment on this model has a heated door, and the other is just a insulated pan carrier. Gentle, 150°-165°F (65,6°-73,9°C) heat will not cook food and maintains food moisture in the heated compartment. The UPCHT800 takes 45 minutes to preheat from room temperature. Once the unit is at temperature, there is a three minute recovery after the door is opened and closed. The UPCHT800 by Cambro is made of a tough polyethylene exterior stays cool to the touch. Thick foam insulation retains temperatures for hours, even when unplugged. The UPCHT800 H-Series Ultra Pan Carrier and double compartment Camcart uses less energy than three standard 100 watt light bulbs. Stack for storage or transporting on a Camdolly® with securing strap. The removable cord stows securely for transport.
