Carlisle's 40377 pastry brush is made specially for croissants and other delicate baked goods. This pastry brush comes with extra long bristles to give the chef that extra soft touch. The bristles are made from genuine boar hair and are set into epoxy. The Carlisle 40377 is 1.5" wide.
