The Cleveland Steamcraft Ultra 5 21CET16 is a one compartment counter top steamer. This steamer features heavy duty all stainless steel construction, a rear mounted insulated steam generator, and remote probe type water level controls. The Cleveland 21CET16 has an exclusive steam cooking distribution system to distribute heat evenly and maintenance free steam jets making cooking and cleaning for the operator effortless. This Cleveland convection steamer will hold up to five 12 x 20 x 2 1/2" deep food hotel pans. The Cleveland 21CET16 is versatile and perfect for all types of applications such as restaurants, hotels, schools, or any place with light to medium steaming needs.
