Cleveland KEL40T 40 Gal. Steam Jacketed Kettle - Tilting- Electric
The Cleveland KEL40T is a 40 gallon steam jacketed tilting kettle with a fast heat-up and recovery time. Solid state controls provide consistent temperature within ±1° C. The steam jacket is filled with treated water and no venting or refilling is required. Self-contained, easily installed - needs only an electrical hook-up. The kettle and all exterior surfaces are of type 304 stainless steel with an #4 finish. The support legs have level adjustable feet that are flanged for bolting to the floor.
