Cleveland KGL25T is a high efficiency 90,000 BTU gas tilting kettle with an automatic ignition that features a large pouring lip for high capacity and chunky products. It is shown with an optional spring-assisted cover and 2" tangent draw off valve. Cleveland's steam jacketed kettles offer uniform heat transfer and faster cooking times because two thirds of the cooking surface come into contact with the product compared to a stock pot that uses a higher temperature only at the bottom of the pot. In addition, foods won't burn or scorch and you can hold product at a simmer without over cooking. With the Cleveland KGL25T, clean up is a breeze since food isn't burned to the inside of the kettle. Cleveland's tilting kettle is ideal for soups, sauces, pasta, gravies, desserts, stews, braising meats, rice, reheating dishes and holding them until serving.
