Cleveland KGL40T 40 Gal. Steam Jacketed Gas Kettle - Tilting
The Cleveland KGL40T is a 40 gallon steam jacketed tilting kettle has a high efficiency power burner heating system for fast heat-up and recovery time. Automatic ignition system. Solid state controls provide consistent temperature within ±1° C. The steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water and venting and/or refilling not required. Type 304 Stainless Steel with #4 finish is used on kettle and supports. Support legs with level adjustable feet, flanged for floor bolting.
