Cooper's model 3210-08 griddle thermometer is designed for applications in professional kitchens. The thermometer will register a wide range of temperatures, from 100F to 600F. Made of cast aluminum, the thermometer has unique grips for easy removal from hot gill surfaces. Dial is 2.5 inches in diameter.
