Cres Cor H-137-SUA-12D hot cabinet is fully insulated and will keep prepared foods at serving temperatures. This cart is great for banquet halls and caterers where you want to keep food warm for long periods of time. The self contained power on the top allows the entire cabinet to be hosed down and the coved corners prevent food / grease buildup.
