Cres Cor H-339-12-188C half-size hot cabinet keeps prepared foods at serving temperatures. The unit is ideal for transporting product for caterers, banquet halls, or nursing homes. This cart holds up to eight 18" x 26" pans. Internal heat gets up to 200 degrees. The pan supports are removable for easy cleaning.
