Cres Cor H-339-UA-8C half-size hot cabinet is fully insulated and will keep prepared foods at serving temperature. The unit is ideal for transporting product for caterers, banquet halls, or nursing homes. This cart holds up to eight 18" x 26" pans. Internal heat gets up to 200 degrees. The pan supports are removable for easy cleaning.
