A Delfield EHEI48C 48" three well hot food steam table on casters. Delfield's E-Chef Steam Tables have individual wells with infinite controls. Constructed of heavy duty stainless steel you can feel confident that you can put the Delfield E-Chef steam table anywhere in your food line and have it last for many many years to come. The drains are manifolded together to one valve for easy draining. The controls on the Delfield EHEI48C are mounted to a stainless plate on the front of the unit and each well has a 1000 watt heating element. The EHEI48C comes standard with a stainless plate shelf, a stainless bottom shelf with 3" riser at the rear and an 8" polyethylene cutting board.
