The S136F-PCP is a 6" narrow boning knife that is flexible, to get into those nooks and crannies of meats. It also has a Sani-Safe handle. Dexter-Russell's trademark Sani-Safe line is the widest line of NSF Certified, professional cutlery in the world. It's made of quality, stain-free, high-carbon steel with ultimate sharp edges which are hand-ground and honed. Its high-impact "Grip-Tex" polypropylene handles were formed for slip-resistant grip, safety and tough use.
