Duke 305 Aerohot 5 Well Steam Table - Propane
The Duke Aerohot 305 Gas Steamtable is an ideal option for your kitchen or catering operation. The Duke 305 5 section steam table comes with undershelf and legs formed of heavy gauge 430 series stainless steel. Each compartment is insulated on all four sides and bottom with 1" thick fiberglass or equal, having thermal conductivity of 0.27 or less. Each individually sealed compartment uses a galvanized steel radiation plate to heat your food. Each section is controlled by an adjustable valve. Units also come with a polycarbonate carving board 7" x 1/2 thick.
