Duke E-2-DLSS 2 Well Electric Steamtable - Sealed Wells w/ Cutting Board and Dish Shelf - 32"

The Thurmaduke E-2-DLSS electric steam table comes with two sealed wells, integrated stainless cutting board and dish shelf. The top of each E-2-DLSS steam table is constructed out of one piece, 16 gauge 300 series stainless and is die stamped with two 12" x 20" openings. Each sealed well has it's own drain with copper manifolds for easy draining. Additionally, every well has a Robert Shaw thermostat with and a master toggle switch with indicator light for trouble free operation. The E-2-DLSS dish shelf is made of heavy gauge, one piece stainless steel that is 8-1/2" wide and houses the control knobs, thermostats and master switch with wire knob guards.
