Duke E-3-DLSS 46" 3 Well Electric Steamtable - Cutting Bd & Shelf

The Thurmaduke E-3-DLSS electric steam table comes with three sealed wells, integrated stainless cutting board and dish shelf. The top of each E-3-DLSS steam table is constructed out of one piece, 16 gauge 300 series stainless and is die stamped with three 12" x 20" openings. Each sealed well has it's own drain with copper manifolds for easy draining. Additionally, every well has a Robert Shaw thermostat with and a master toggle switch with indicator light for trouble free operation. The E-3-DLSS dish shelf is made of heavy gauge, one piece stainless steel that is 8-1/2" wide and houses the control knobs, thermostats and master switch with wire knob guards. Built to last Duke Manufacturing's Thurmaduke series is perfect for a busy buffet line.
