Duke E-6-DLSS 88" 6 Well Electric Steamtable - Cutting Bd & Shelf

Thurmaduke E-6-DLSS electric steam table with six sealed wells, integrated stainless cutting board and dish shelf has a one piece, 16 gauge 300 series stainless top with die stamped 12" x 20" openings. Each sealed well has it's own drain with copper manifolds and a Robert Shaw thermostat with indication light. There is a master toggle switch with indicator light for trouble free operation. The E-6-DLSS integral dish shelf is made of heavy gauge, one piece stainless steel that is 8-1/2" wide and houses the control knobs, thermostats and master switch with wire knob guards. Built to last Duke Manufacturing's Thurmaduke series is perfect for a busy buffet line.
