Duke EP-5-CBSS 74" Portable 5 Well Electric Steamtable

The Duke Thurmaduke EP-5-CBSS portable electric steam table comes with 5 sealed wells, stainless drop down cutting board and 5" swivel casters. Duke Manufacturing's portable Thurmaduke steam table has a stainless steel top constructed out of one piece 16 gauge stainless steel and is die stamped with 12" x 20" openings. The base has stainless steel doors, 20 gauge stainless steel body, shelf, 14 gauge bumper and control panel. Each sealed well has a drain with copper manifolds for easy draining. Additionally, the Duke EP-5-CBSS has individual thermostatically controlled wells, so that each well can be adjusted independently. The cutting board is mounted with drop down brackets for easy movement and storage. Built to last Duke Manufacturing's Thurmaduke EP-5-CBSS series is perfect for a moving buffet line.
