Duke WB302 Aerohot 2 Well Wet Bath Steam Table
The Duke Aerohot WB302 Gas Waterbath Steamtable is an ideal option for your kitchen or catering operation. The Duke WB302 two section steam table comes with undershelf and legs formed of heavy gauge 430 series stainless steel. The entire unit shares one continuous waterbath. The internal liner is made of 18 gauge stainless. There is a 1” cast brass drain and plug furnished with each unit too. Temperature is controlled by an adjustable valve that is protected with safety pilots. A Gas pressure regulator is also included on each 1/2” gas connector. Units also come with a polycarbonate carving board 7" x 1/2 thick.
