The Electrolux Dito Dean VP2/VP3 "Greens Machine" 600095 20 gallon vegetable dryer is ideal for large establishments where multiple heads of leafy vegetables need to be dried quickly.

This machine operates at a single speed of 400 rpm, which is perfect for extracting water from fragile veggies without damaging them. Constructed with a stainless steel drum, the VP2/VP3 comes equipped with a 20 gallon plastic basket, built in water reservoir with drain, casters and a hinged plastic lid with built-in safety device.
