Garland US Range E24-31SF 18" Twin Countertop Fryer - 16 kw
The Garland US Range E24-31SF 18" countertop super fryer has a 30 lb fat capacity and 16 kw of power. Designed for high volume production the Garland US Range E24-31SF quickly pre-heats to 350°F in just 5 minutes! The hydraulic thermostat will maintain a temperature range of 200°F to 375°F and is equipped with recovery signal light along with a fail safe control to turn the fryer off should the thermostat fail. The Garland US Range E24-31SF is designed as a freestanding unit or can be banked with other E24 series equipment to provide flush fronts and backs.
