The full size cabinet base base on this unit has a storage cavity that will accommodate full size sheet pans in addition to your pots and pans. The intense heat that the 33,000 BTU burners put out will boil water or saute items. The Garland G24-4S is a 24" gas range with a full size cabinet base, (4) open burners at 33,000 BTU's each with cast iron tops and ring grates.
