The Garland G48-8SS is a heavy duty 48" range containing eight open burners at 33,000 BTU's each, with two space saver storage bases. The Garland"s G48-8SS storage bases are 20" wide and lined in galvanized aluminum. Chef"s spoke and Garland introduced the Starfire Series! Garland's Starfire G48-8SS range has the largest cook top in the industry at 27" deep along with the convenience of pan storage when an oven is not needed.
