The Garland G48-G48LL is a heavy duty 48" range containing a 48" x 23" griddle plate with 18,000 BTU's every 12" and two space saver 20" 38,000 BTU oven bases. The Garland's G48-G48LL oven features snap action oven control with a modulating thermostat. Chef's spoke and Garland introduced the Starfire Series! Garland's Starfire G48-G48LL range has the largest cook top in the industry at 27" deep along with a one piece porcelain interior oven cavity with ribbed door and hearth to distribute heat faster and evenly!
