The Garland G48-G48SS is a heavy duty 48" range containing a 48" x 23" griddle plate with 18,000 BTU's every 12" and two space saver storage bases. The Garland"s G48-G48SS storage bases are 20" wide and lined in galvanized aluminum. Chef"s spoke and Garland introduced the Starfire Series! Garland's Starfire G48-G48SS range has the largest cook top in the industry at 27" deep along with the convenience of pan storage when an oven is not needed.
