Garland brings to you a powerful yet affordable SunFire SCO-ES-20S double convection oven with solid doors. With 10.4 kw of power per oven, 1-speed fans and solid state thermostats you can bake pastries, breads and other bakery items with consistent results. The Garland SunFire SCO-ES-20S has a stainless steel exterior, stainless legs, porcelain enameled oven interiors with coved corners and 60/40 dependent solid doors. Garland's SunFire Convection ovens are equipped with five chrome shelves on a 10-position rack guide.
