Garland brings to you a powerful yet affordable SunFire SCO-GS-10S single gas convection oven with solid doors. With 53,000 BTU's, a 1-speed fan and a solid state thermostat you can bake pastries, breads and other bakery items with consistent results. The Garland SunFire SCO-GS-10S has a stainless steel exterior, stainless legs, a porcelain enameled oven interior with coved corners and 60/40 dependent solid doors. Garland's SunFire Convection ovens are equipped with five chrome shelves on a 10-position rack guide.
