Garland brings to you a powerful yet affordable Summit SUME-100 single convection oven with one glass and one solid door. With 10.4 kw of power, a 1-speed fan and a solid state thermostat you can bake pastries, breads and other bakery items with consistent results. The Garland Summit SUME-100 has a stainless steel exterior, stainless legs, a porcelain enameled oven interior with coved corners and 60/40 dependent doors. Garland's Summit Convection ovens are equipped with five chrome shelves on a 10-position rack guide.
