Introducing the Garland XPE362L Xpress griddle with two upper platens on the left to cook your food on both sides simultaneously! Double your production by reducing your cook times up to 50% without taking up double the space. The Garland XPE362L electric griddle is easy to operate, maintain and service with a separate controller for each 12" section of griddle. As the Garland's XPE362L platens touch the food product, timed cooking begins automatically. With a rapid recovery upper grill surface you will benefit from maximum production levels. The Garland Xpress XPE362L flat griddle is constructed with a stainless steel front, top and sides with a 3/4" thick carbon steel griddle plate.
