The Garland XPE36 electric griddle is easy to operate, maintain and service with a separate controller for each 12" section of griddle. Each lane can be set at different temps to cook various menu items, or shut off to save energy. As the Garland's XPE36 platens touch the food product, timed cooking begins automatically. With a rapid recovery upper grill surface you will benefit from maximum production levels.
