Garland US Range XPG24-1L 24" Gas Griddle - Dual Sided with One Platen Left

Introducing the Garland XPG241L Xpress griddle with an upper platen on the left to cook your food on both sides simultaneously! Double your production by reducing your cook times up to 50% without taking up double the space. The Garland XPG241L gas griddle is easy to operate, maintain and service with a separate controller for each 12" section of griddle. As the Garland's XPG241L platen touches the food product, timed cooking begins automatically. With a rapid recovery upper grill surface you will benefit from maximum production levels. The Garland Xpress XPG241L flat griddle is constructed with a stainless steel front, top and sides with a 3/4" thick carbon steel griddle plate. Please note that this griddle requires a 208 volt, 3-phase connection for the platen.
