Garland US Range XPG24 24" Gas Griddle - Dual Sided with Two Platens

Introducing the Garland XPG24 Xpress gas griddle with two upper platens to cook your food on both sides simultaneously! Double your production by reducing your cook times up to 50% without taking up double the space. The Garland XPG24 gas griddle is easy to operate, maintain and service with a separate controller for each 12" section of griddle. Each lane can have its own temp to cook a variety of foods, or shut off to save energy. As the Garland's XPG24 platens touch the food product, timed cooking begins automatically. With a rapid recovery upper grill surface you will benefit from maximum production levels. The Garland Xpress XPG24 flat griddle is constructed with a stainless steel front, top and sides with a 3/4" thick carbon steel griddle plate. Please note that this griddle requires a 208 volt, 3-phase connection for the platen. Cook twice as fast- easily and safely!
