The Chefmate by Globe C9 Slicer is an entry-level 9" manual slicer.  It is compact, well-designed, and suitable for:

• non-commercial/residential operation, or
• in cases where an establishment is only slicing incidentally (for less than 30 minutes a day).

It is not suitable if you need to slice cheese or use your slicer regularly.

The C9 can slice food from 0 to 9/16" in thickness. The Globe slicer is made from heavy gauge anodized aluminum that is stain-resistant, long-lasting, and easy to clean. It also features on/off controls that are moisture protected along with a manual reset button to protect against motor overload. The Globe C9 slicer has a top-mounted sharpener and features an indicator light letting the operator know when the unit is on. A re-designed base gives the user roomier access to cleaning. One-year parts and labor warranty.
