The Globe GCB36G-CR countertop char broiler is ideal for any small to mid sized commercial kitchen. This charbroiler ships with radiant heating and can be converted to lava rock. Radiant heating distributes the heat evenly and control flare up giving food a charbroiled flavor. With up to 40,000 BTU per burner, the Globe CGB36G-CR can really add the sizzle to your steaks, chops, and chicken!! This Globe countertop griddle ships in natural gas and is field convertible to propane. The cooking area is 36" x 20".
