The Globe GEG36 electric countertop 36" griddle will be a great fit for a lighter duty application. This griddle has a cooking surface that measures 36" x 16.3" and is powered by dual thermostat heat controls. The griddle plate is a highly polished 1/2" thick piece of stainless steel that can cook up any breakfast, lunch or dinner menu items! The Globe GEG36 griddle also features seamlessly welded 3 1/2" splash guards will protect your other equipment and kitchen from splatter.
