Globe GG15G 15" Manual Control Countertop Griddle
The Globe GG15G 15" countertop griddle features a 3/4" thick griddle plate heated by a U shaped burner every 6 inches. This gas griddle has a manual heating controls meaning you can set your temperature anywhere from low to high. The GG15G griddle ships in natural gas, but also comes with a kit so the unit can be field converted to propane. This is a great griddle for coffee shops, cafe's, concession stands, and restaurants.
