Globe GG24TG 24" Thermostatic Control Countertop Griddle
The Globe GG24TG 24 countertop griddle features a 1 inch thick griddle plate heated by a U shaped burner every 6 inches. This gas griddle has a thermostatic heating control meaning you can set an exact temperature. Each control on the GG24TG allows for multiple temperatures to cook different foods at different temperatures on the griddle. The GG24TG griddle ships in natural gas, but also comes with a kit so the unit can be field converted to propane. This is a great griddle for coffee shops, cafe's, concession stands, and restaurants.
