Globe GG36TG 36" Thermostatic Control Countertop Griddle
The Globe GG36TG 36" countertop griddle features a 1" thick griddle plate heated by 3 U shaped burners that provide flame every 6 inches. This gas griddle has a thermostatic heating control meaning you can set an exact temperature. Each control on the GG36G allows for multiple temperatures to cook different foods at different temperatures on the griddle. Temperature range is 200 to 575 degrees Fahrenheit. Constructed of stainless steel, this unit has extra-insulated front and side walls, and a cool to touch front edge. The GG36G griddle ships in natural gas, but also comes with a kit so the unit can be field converted to propane. This is a great griddle for coffee shops, cafe's, concession stands, and restaurants.
