The new GSCS3-3 shredder will shred up to 65 pounds per minute, and will shred a 6-8 pound block without the need of cutting it to fit into the hopper.  It has robust motors with high torque, overload protection with an auto rest button, and all stainless steel housing. It disassembles without any tools, making clean up fast and easy. A 3/16" shredding plate is included. (XSP316-HD) There are many other accessories and attachments available, including an optional shelf (as shown in the picture) and the ability to add a base to turn this into a freestanding floor unit!

The Globe GSCS3-3 cheese shredder ships with a 6 foot flexible 3-wire cord and molded plug to fit a grounded receptacle. Single phase is a NEMA L6-30P & Three Phase is a NEMA L22-30P plugs available.
